Nexus 6P Leaks in Full with Huge Battery

Like Apple, Google cannot keep their new Nexus smartphones a secret. Now the Huawei Nexus 6P has leaked in full through Google documents.

Google will unveil the new Nexus Android smartphones on September 29. This is on Tuesday. The two new Nexus smartphones from LG and Huawei have been leaking for months. Now the Huawei-made Nexus 6P has leaked in full through a Nexus 6P slide deck.

Especially the Huawei Nexus 6P has Android fans captivated since the first leaks. The Nexus 6P is a flagship Android phone that will be giving the Samsung Galaxy S6 series a very hard time. Huawei is the new star on the smartphone market with huge market growth. The Chinese electronics company found its pace and is pumping out stylish smartphones with interesting features and specifications.

The Nexus 6P is no exception. The Google Slide deck confirms that the Nexus 6P has a 5.7-inch WQHD screen (2560x1440px), metal uni-body, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 CPU, 3,450mhA battery, dual front-ported speakers, Fingerprint sensor, Gorilla Glass 4, USB Type-C port all packaged in a device weighing 178g. Like Apple, Google still stays away from wireless charging. This feature stays a strong point for Samsung.

The Nexus 6P battery has more than double the capacity of the iPhone 6S battery (1,715mAh). This is insane.

The Nexus 6P comes in aluminum, graphite, frost and gold (only Japan) and in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB storage options.

What is missing in the leaked slide deck on imgur (via Android Police) is the confirmation about the Nexus 6P camera specifications. The Huawei 6P is supposed to have a dual camera setup combining a 16MP sensor with a depth sensor. The selfie camera has supposedly a 5MP resolution.

Android fans have to wait until Tuesday to find out about the details about the Nexus 6P camera, release date and pricing. Google will also unveil the LG Nexus 5X phone that is positioned as a mid-range phone.
