Flying and Off-roading Drone B-Unstoppable seeks Crowd Funding

There is a new drone coming and it is rather unique. The B-Unstoppable is the World's first Tank and Quadcopter Drone.

Drones are a huge trend. The standard drone is a quadcopter. For drone fans that want something unique and more versatile, the B-Unstoppable is here. The B-Unstoppable drone is all terrain drone. It merges the capabilities of a Tank and a Quadcopter.

The new drone has four propellers that allow it to fly and also sports two caterpillar tracks which enable the drone to drive over a variety of terrains on the ground.

Thanks to caterpillar tracks, B-Unstoppable achieves outstanding performance in driving across difficult terrain. If the obstacle gets too big, vehicle can simply take off and fly over them.

The B-Unstoppable features a First Person View with no latency viewable on a 4.3-inch screen. The camera has a resolution of 1280x720p.

Witold Mielniczek is the mastermind behind the B-Unstoppable. He tries to raise $77,000 on IndiGoGo to bring the B-Unstoppable drone to the market.

The full featured B-Unstoppable including the FPV system is selling for $159. The target delivery time frame is Spring of 2016.

The B-Unstoppable appears to be a really fun drone concept. The price of $159 is surprisingly low for what drone fans get.

The project got 34 backers in the first days. Find out more on IndiGoGo.

DJI is the consumer drone market leader and is expected to make a billion in sales this year. The drone market has just begun to grow and this holidays there will be a tons of drones under the Christmas tree. With the proliferation of drones there comes problems. In a report last month the FAA says that for 2015 commercial pilots have reported 650 drone sightings. Operating drones near airplanes and helicopters is not only dangerous, but illegal.

There will be soon new rules and requirements for drone pilots to make sure that there are no accidents. There are already several close encounters of drones with animals and people. So far the result is still fun to watch, but this can change.
