Dating app Tinder rolls out the new Super Like to every country today.
Tinder is rolling out Super Like global. The infamous dating app has tested the new more powerful "Like" in Australia last month. The results are quite stunning and show what a small change in a social app can trigger.
Super Like makes finding a match three times more likely. A Super Like match has also a 70% longer conversation time compared to Like.
By swiping up, or simply tapping the new blue star icon when looking at someone’s Tinder profile, all users can Super Like someone. The person they Super Liked will take notice when their profile appears and they’re deciding whether to swipe right, it will show up with a bright blue footer and star icon, highlighting that you Super Liked them. And when they do swipe right on their Super Like, it’ll be an immediate match.
Tinder models Erin Heatherton and Nina Agdal for a commercial to promote Super Like. The company really does take Super Like very seriously.
The opinions about the effectiveness of Tinder are diverse. Many believe it is a waste of time.
