Drake’s music video clip titled Hotline Bling is finally here in all its listening pleasure.
Drake gave a glimpse of his music video which is called Hotline Bling. It is all about making booty calls. The video clip begins with a room of phone sex operators and then the focus shifts to Drake himself.

He is in a large room with fancy colors scintillating on the walls as he sings the song with the stacatto delivery. This music video made its debut on Apple’s Music platform.
Drake began by lending a sneak peek of the song on OVO Sound’s Beats 1 radio show in July of this year. The song has broken previous records and proven to be wildly popular. This is Drake’s #1 hit and he is the unquestionable master of the moment right here, right now.
I spend my life trying to make waves for the city I am from. No accolades really matter to me other than the fact that I have never had a billboard number one. If I get my first number one during the month of October it will be the biggest moment of my career to date (in my mind) and if you are looking for me on that particular evening I will be passed out in the water slide that connects to our pool. I love you and thank you for these memories. I always love the moment right before it happens more than when it actually happens. So thank you...even if it doesn't.
Some say the track is a remix of another rapper’s hit titled “Cha Cha” but that is a comparison for another occasion. What we do know for certain is that a fast version of “Why Can’t We Live Together” is there on the chart.
Hotline Bling has achieved so much wild popularity that now it will be redone by several other musical artists. Such diverse influences as Nick Jonas and Erykah Badu have already made their own versions of the song or are in the process of covering it.
Badu’s version especially has other elements in it which make the medley quite a rich one. Drake engages in all sorts of antics in the music video. He bobs his head up and down several times. And he shakes, rattles and rolls to the funky music.
The phone sex operator scene does not have any explicit words in its repertoire. As for Drake’s dance, it is very sinuous and sophisticated. In fact, the movements are more explicit than the lyrics.
The video is an extreme version of what Drake the rapper is all about. It is his personality and style epitomized in audiovisual form. Another artist named James Turrell may have given the ideas behind the scenery shown in the video clip.

Such concepts as alien sunsets are taken from him. Drake shows confused and conflicted moods in the clip. He looks at the camera and does a series of grimacing moves too. The overall effect is at once surreal and hyperreal. And that is a good thing seeing the temper of the times we are living through.
