The country-turned-pop star, Taylor Swift sued back the radio DJ who allegedly groped her from behind at an event. It seems that Taylor is a fighter and will not stand such acts of indecency against her.
Don’t get too frank with Taylor Swift for she is big enough to bite back. The singer, whose popularity knows no limits, filed a countersuit against David Mueller, a radio host who groped her two years back.
Mueller had sued her in court by claiming that the allegations against him of groping her behind were false. He had lost his job and been virtually banned from attending all of her concerts thanks to Taylor’s accusing finger which pointed at him alone.
Mueller has blamed his superior for the assault instead thereby shifting the alibi. The countersuit by Taylor and her damage control team claims it was none other than Mueller. Taylor didn’t blame her superior Mr. Haskell for the deed as Mueller was trying to prove so desperately.
"Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault – it was Mueller – and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit," states the countersuit obtained by PEOPLE.
"Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts."
The countersuit clearly pinpoints Mueller as the perverted mind behind the sick act. It also says that this would serve as a fair warning to all such dirty males who like to engage in disgusting acts of gratuitous pleasure with females who were caught unaware.
According to the sources close to both Taylor and Mueller, during the meet-and-greet event, Mueller was standing right beside Taylor and decided to get a little frisky. He reached for her buttocks from behind and proceeded to touch a very intimate part of her anatomy in a highly inappropriate manner.
Taylor felt humiliated and degraded by the act of intrusion on Mueller’s part. She didn’t have that level of frankness with Mueller so it came as a pretty big shock to her.
Taylor says that Mueller actually lifted her skirt from behind and did things to her that she would not like to mention in civilized society. She described her feelings after the ordeal as being extremely shocked, surprised, upset, put-off and alarmed.
Swift has taken an oath that any proceeds in the form of dollars and cents from the countersuit (if she wins it that is) will go towards funding organizations that protect women from harassment and sexual assault.
At present neither Swift’s team of lawyers not Mueller’s people could be reached for any commentary on the matter. They will meet in court and the matter will be resolved by the long arm of the law.
