The Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10586 has been released, and this particular release addresses bug fixes and other general improvements. This build is a driver that many users love, and it is both smooth and fast with a unique experience.

Some of the issues fixed by the team include –

-    Music from Groove and videos from Movies and TV app among other audio files will no longer reduce to 75% following the notification pop-up from Action Center.   This issue is now fixed.
-    Surface Pro 3 will no longer shut down after the power button is pressed, but will rather go to sleep.
-    A case where the disksnapshot.exe command prompt window would flash randomly will no longer be experienced.
-    Windows will now start to remember your last login type. If you log in with a PIN – it will prompt you for a PIN next time instead of another type.
-    A case where Tab previews in Microsoft Edge appeared as black if the page was not scrolled to the top is now resolved, and this includes web note clippings.
-    Dell Venue 8 Pro among other small devices which boot with virtual or rotation mode screen size set larger than main screen size would not show a blue screen again on upgrade.

-    Any user can now download apps and games from the Store without any hassles.

-    It must however be noted that the expert team is still working on the following

-    Following an upgrade from one Windows 10 Insider Preview build to another Insider Preview build, Skype messages and contacts will disappear from the Messaging + Skype app. You can get Skype messages and contacts back by navigating to “C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Messaging_
8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache” in File Explorer and deleting or renaming the “PrivateTransportId” file. After deleting or renaming that file, go to the Skype video app and sign out of Skype and sign back in.
-    In a case where the Insider Hub disappears following a upgrade to this build, anyone can get back into Insider Hub by going to Settings > System > Apps & features and clicking “Manage optional features”, choosing “Add a feature” and selecting Insider Hub.
