It really shouldn't be a surprise to anyone who knows her music, but after three years away from the music industry, Adele has returned and took her rightful place back at the top.

In her first live performance after having vocal surgery, Adele sounded amazing on the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) exclusive concert. While the performance is only 1:22 (a snipper of what will come), the 27-year-old looked and sounded healthier and happier than she ever has. She looked amazing while wearing an embellished Jenny Packham dress. "Hello," the first single off of her new album, has already broken sale records.
The concert comes along with an interview with Graham Norton. Adele allowed fans to ask questions of her, something the usually private singer doesn't always allow. One fan asked if Adele was really the voice behind her sometimes hilarious Twitter account. There were rumors that is was run, at least in part, by her management. "This is true," she admitted, later explaining, "I'm not a drinker anymore, but when Twitter first came out, I was drunk tweeting and nearly put my foot in it quite a few times, so my management decided you have to go through two people and then it has to be signed off by someone. But they are all my tweets. No one writes my tweets—they just post them for me."
The musician, who has be awarded with nearly every major award, also talked about going back to the studio after having a baby and becoming engaged. "It was that thing of, 'Do I or don't I want to go back to my music?' Obviously I do, and I just wanted to make sure that everything was in place for me to do it so I could do it properly," she told Norton.
"I can't do anything else," she added. "This is all that I like doing."
Adele's special will air on BBC1 on November 20, 2015 at 8:30 p.m. local time and her third album, 25, will be released that same day.
