It looks like President Obama’s environmental drive at the Paris Summit will remain unaffected by rival Republicans.
President Obama has hardly returned home to the United States from the Paris Summit on climate change when the Republicans have begun to hinder his steps. Congress with all its Republican base voted to stop his carbon footprint cutting plans.

Obama’s enemies in the government who don’t exactly see eye to eye with him want to end any initiative to reduce pollution and conserve the natural habitat. They are simply out to take revenge via this obstructionist move of theirs.
But the fact of the matter is that just like they failed desperately in creating any obstacles to Obamacare, so these retaliatory measures will come to naught too. The constitution of the United States and its legal rational government is much more sturdier than the Republicans’ opinions.
Even if the next POTUS happens to be a Republican, he or she will most likely have a tough time turning back the clock. The changes instituted by Obama will not be easy to obliterate no matter what veto powers or loopholes in the law are resorted to as a last minute resort.
Once the courts back Obama’s plans, the Republicans can speak all they want and it will be so much empty air coming out of their lungs. They cannot even make a single dent in the rules and regulations which are being mended for the sake of a better environment.
The drive initiated by Obama at the Paris Summit is not tied to any talk or advice from Congress. So the Republicans will be left high and dry as far as any influence regarding the final decision is concerned.
It just goes to show that critics are not creative. Constructive efforts are ten times better than any destructive analysis which only begets more problems and conflicts.
President Obama is solely relying on the executive branch of the government. And it is here that he has gained the necessary leverage that will aid him in achieving his liberal goals.
This is definitely one president who is not only a mold-breaker but a transformer of destinies as Clinton, Reagan, Kennedy, Roosevelt, Lincoln and Jefferson not to mention Washington were before him.
