Apple Watch 2 Event Rumored for March 2016

Contrary to an earlier report, a new rumor says Apple plans a media event for March to unveil Apple Watch 2.

The Apple Watch is one of the hottest tech gifts for the Holidays 2015. Retailers have offered up to a $100 discount on Apple Watches to tip consumers over. End of September we carried an analyst report that said that Apple will unveil the Apple Watch 2 in late 2016.

It would be nice to know if the Apple Watch gift will be outdated by March or in a year. 9to5Mac reports today that Apple plans to unveil the Apple Watch 2 in March, 2016. Shipment of the Apple Watch 2 would begin in April. This would give consumers who received the Apple Watch as a Christmas gift only 4 month to own a gadget that is not outdated.

The new Apple Watch 2 is still elusive. Apple is of course working on the next version. The question is what new features will be found in the final product.

Besides the Apple Watch, Apple is also unveiling a new iPhone 6c says 9to5Mac. The iPhone 6c would have a 4-inch screen and run on an A9 CPU. I am totally not excited anymore about a small iPhone, since i use an iPhone 6S. i actually will go Plus the next time. A bigger screen is just so much more usable.

Coming back to the Apple Watch as a Holiday Gift. 9to5Mac's Mark Gurman has a fine reputation for Apple rumors. This means you are likely going to gift an Apple Gadget that will be replaced in four months.
