Dr. Herbert Diess from Volkswagen will give a keynote introducing the EV at CES.
Volkswagen is all set for the CES 2016. Today Volkswagen announced they will unveil a new electronic vehicle concept at the show. Dr. Herbert Diess from Volkswagen will deliver a keynote address at the upcoming CES.

Diess is the chairman on the board of management at Volkswagen Passenger Cars. Diess is going the use the keynote stage at CES to launch an all-electric concept car. The keynote will also be focusing on electric mobility driving the automotive market.
The keynote is scheduled for 8:30 PM, Tuesday, January 5th. The keynote will debut a new era of electric mobility. The concept by Volkswagen will be a ground breaking electric vehicle. The vehicle will illustrate the synergy between the Internet and the automotive industry. The keynote will take place at the Cosmopolitan’s Chelsea Theater.
According to Gary Shapiro they are pleased Volkswagen will use the CES stage to unveil a concept car. The concept will display the latest developments in safe and energy-efficient electric vehicles. Shapiro also welcomed Herbert Diess to CES to share Volkswagen’s vision for future.

Now, VW has an opportunity at CES to show the world its designs for the future and how the company views electric mobility and sustainability.”
Innovations in automotive technology will be a major theme at CES 2016. 115 automotive tech companies and nine automakers are coming to CES. Herbert Diess will join an impressive lineup of CES 2016 keynote speakers. These include including Intel’s Brian Krzanich, Netflix’s Reed Hastings, GM’s Mary Barra, Samsung’s Dr. WP Hong, YouTube’s Robert Kyncl, NBC Universal’s Steve Burke and Fitbit’s James Park.
CES 2016 will span 2.3 million net square feet of exhibit space. The biggest tech show will feature more than 3,600 exhibiting companies debuting the latest products and services across the entire consumer tech ecosystem.
