The new ad pits Muhammad Ali, Maria Sharapova and Magnus Carlsen to battle themselves.

The new Porsche 911 ad is here. The ad shows Muhammad Ali in his prime laced up and circling himself in a ring. The captivating 60 second spot for the Porsche 911 is called ‘Complete’.

New Porsche 911 ad has been released online and will soon grace TV and theater screens. The ad will be featured in the US and Europe. 

Since its release the ad has gone viral for showing Ali vs. Ali. The ad shows legendary boxer Muhammad Ali in a ring facing off against his own self. The ad then shifts to Maria Sharapova competing against herself in a tennis match.

Similarly the chess grand-master Magnus Carlsen also has a game off against his own self. The concept of the ad is competing against yourself. Porsche uses the concept to imply only a Porsche is good enough to challenge a Porsche.

Only Porsche 911 has the innovation and boldness to push Porsche 911 to greater heights. As all the competitors face off against each other so does Porsche. Tow Porsche 911 race against each other in the commercial on a track.  

Although the concept is a far fetch the visual spectacle of the ad is riveting. Especially the visual bravado on display is more than enough to keep viewers engaged.

We can confidently say the ad will spark some conversations about the nature of challenges. According to Marshall Ross the creative chief of C-K the ad was inspired by the iconic status of Porsche 911.

911 was the standard for every other sports car ever made. So 911 is not compared to other brands. Porsche 911 looks at itself to come up with the best car.
