The French innovator Levels 3D has announced its plan for CES 2016. Levels 3D will be presenting a new app called MyCaptR at the convention. The app is specifically designed for a wide range of people related to construction and re-modelling.

The MycaptR app can generate architectural models and floor plans. Technical engineers, office designers, architects and even DIY home stylist can use the app.

The app helps those creating 3D models and 2D organizations. Such as floor plans of existing rooms, structures and interior buildings. The MyCaptR can make it all a very easy process.

The app simply scans an environment and then interface with existing 3D rendering software. The software’s used are Autocad or Revit. Then MyCaptR then generates architectural models and floor plans. In real time the erections can be deemed as 100 percent accurate measurements.

According to Levels 3D the app is intuitive and simple to use. The MyCaptR deploys a 3D sensor affixed to the tablet. The scanning version of MyCaptR will be available in the market by 2016.

The app by Levels 3D is compatible with an iPad and other tablets. The MyCaptR scanning application will debut at CES 2016 at the Eureka Park Marketplace. The exhibit will take place at the CES 2016 Exhibit Booth 80362 in Hall G of the Sands Expo Center.

“MyCaptR is a terrific product for anybody who works at any level of architectural or engineering design,” said Levels3D president and founder Yannick Folliard.

“The application is flexible enough to produce everything from architectural renderings to fully-interactive 3D modeling.”

MyCaptR will be available at the end of this year on App Store. Users will be able to subscribe to the MyCaptR license and then purchase the 3D sensor from the company’s reseller.

CTA or the Consumer Technology Association is responsible for hosting CES. The Consumer Electronics Show 2016 will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada with more than 3600 exhibitors.
