Proud new father Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson shared the first picture of his new-born daughter on Instagram.
Four days ago it was confirmed Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has welcomed a baby girl into the world. The wrestler and actor had a daughter with his singer-songwriter girlfriend Lauren Hashian.
Fans can finally meet the new addition to the Johnson family on Instagram. The Rock has shared the first look of his baby girl on the social media site. The caption has also revealed the name of The Rock’s new-born daughter as ‘Jasmine’.
The first photo of his baby girl shared on social media by The Rock features the girl on his chest. The Rock captioned the picture saying for him Christmas came early this year due to his daughter's arrival.
The Rock then informed his fans within minutes of coming into the world Jasmine was laying on daddy's chest. The Rock then shared how being a grateful man took a whole new meaning after the birth of his daughter.
The Rock then thanked his fans for the ‘Awesome congratulatory wishes’. The Rock even tagged the official account of his girlfriend and baby mama in the post. The Rock exclaimed the new parents are extremely grateful for the love the fans have been sending them.
The Fast and Furious actor continued saying for him it feels kind of crazy. He then called the skin to skin bonding moment with his new-born baby Jasmine a powerful and cool experience. The caption then took a philosophical turn.
The Rock wrote if he had one wish ever from the Universe then he would ask for strength. Rock would use the strength to become a better than he was yesterday before his daughter was born. If The Rock accomplishes being a good man then he believes he can work to be a great father.
In traditional ‘The Rock’ style the caption did not end there. But the Rock had even more words of wisdom to share with his fans. The 43 year old dad went on to give inspirational words for his fans as they might become parents one day.
Rock called out all the young men out there who will become fathers one day or another. If they set a goal to be better than they will never go in the wrong direction. The Rock further advised walking through fire with their baby mama will never steer them the wrong way.
In the post The Rock shared he was right there with his girlfriend during the delivery. He helped his girlfriend breathe through the highly intense contractions.
The Rock shared every second of pain Lauren Hashian went through. He remained until the actual birth and then even cut the cord while wiping the tears. Then Rock added the word ‘Incredible’ to describe the entire experience.
The Rock also set the record straight saying he did not make any hard effort during the labour. After the entire experience as a man he has new found respect for the strength and beauty of women.
The Rock called labour a miracle and advised the ‘Boys’ to witness it. He again thanked all of his fans during a blessed time for him. He then called himself a lucky dude and claimed he has the best fans in the world.

Finally the extremely long caption was ended with a Merry Christmas greeting for the holidays. The Rock also has another 14 year old daughter called Simone from his previous marriage.
Christmas came early! Within minutes of being born she was laying on daddy's chest. And being a grateful man takes on a whole new meaning... Thank you guys so much for the awesome congratulatory wishes and love you've been sending @laurenhashianofficial and myself. We're extremely grateful. Kinda crazy but in this cool and powerful skin to skin bonding moment with my newborn baby Jasmine, I had just one wish I asked the universe... Give me the strength to be a better man today than I was yesterday. If I can accomplish that, then I'd have a good shot at being a great father. To all you young men out there who will be fathers one day, the goal of "being better" will never steer you wrong. Trust me I've been down this road. Something else that'll never steer you wrong is "walking thru the fire" with your baby's mama. I was right there during labor, helping her breathe, every highly intense contraction, every second of pain, right there watching the actual birth, cutting the cord and wiping the tears. Incredible. *(Now don't get me wrong boys, it wasn't like I was at the end of the table, squatting like a catcher waiting for the fastball to come down the pike.. but as men, it's a miracle we should witness because it'll give you a whole new respect for the strength and beauty of a woman). Again, THANK YOU guys so much for all the love during this blessed time. I always say I'm a lucky dude because I've got the greatest fans in the world - and it's true. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your families from ours. #ChristmasCameEarlyToSayHello #WhileSleepOfficiallySaysGoodbye #2xProudPapaSilverback #SheCanDateWhenShes40
