The Chief Branding Officer admitted it was his first time giving a speech at the reveal.
The Lexus LC 500 was recently revealed at the NAIAS 2016. The reveal was carried out by the Lexus Chief Branding Officer, namely Akio Toyoda. At the conference, Toyoda started by simply saying Good Morning.

Toyoda revealed it is his first time speaking at a Lexus Press Conference here in Detroit. Toyoda also joked his English will be ok for everyone and he has a slight accent like Sophia Vergara. Toyoda soon got down to business and declared the one language he does know is Car.
Toyoda claimed he loves cars, always has and always will. Toyoda shared when he was little he wanted to be a taxi driver but now he is here. Toyoda shared how they took some strong opinions on the Lexus brand at Pebble Beach in 2011.
But Lexus took the comments in a positive way. Toyoda shared he wanted Lexus to become an emotional brand so the word boring never referred to it. Toyoda shared now their brand has a new commitment to amazing products and experiences.
Toyoda then introduced the Lexus LF-FC concept for the first time in North America. Toyoda also called the Lexus LF-FC concept the luxury fuel cell sedan of the future.
The concept will have Zero emissions and Zero dependence on oil. The concept is built on their fuel cell technology. Toyoda promised they will have a production level car by 2020.
The North American International Auto Show is in its 28th year. The NAIAS is among the most prestigious auto shows in the world.

The NAIAS (North American International Auto Show) is hosted at the MGM Grand Detroit. The NAIAS constitutes the release of more than 50 new cars. NAIAS will last from the 16th to the 24th of January, 2016.
