Owned by ZeniMax Media company, Bethesda Softworks declared that DOOM will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC systems starting from Friday, May 13, 2016.

With DOOM, gamers can enjoy the return of a challenging and fun shooter experience that is hair-raising and blood-pounding as the player battles hordes of demons and others in a first-person combat experience that is better seen than imagined.
DOOM is currently being developed at id Software, where the first-person shooter kind of game was developed and where the multiplayer Deathmatch was pioneered. This is one game which is fast-paced with tough demons and an array of top guns giving the game its reputation. It is possible to play as a single player and anyone can also use the multiplayer modes to compete against friends and foes.
According to the creators, “Expand your gameplay experience using DOOM SnapMap™ game editor to easily create, play, and share your content with the world. DOOM garnered numerous E3 2015 awards and in a recent preview, Game Informer aptly described the gameplay as an absolute blast.”
Partner retailers will be able to distribute a premium collector’s edition of DOOM globally when Bethesda is set to do so; and made with TriForce, the limited collector’s edition which comprises of an exclusive and fully realized 12-inch tall collector’s statue of the Revenant, one of the game’s most iconic demons.

In the US, customers can pre-order for DOOM collector’s edition through retailers for $119.99, but €129.99 in Europe, and £99.99 in the UK. The company announced that customers who pre-order for the collector’s or standard edition will be given the Demon Multiplayer Pack from which a customer can access a peculiar demon armor set, six metallic paint colors, three logo patterns, and several other items that makes the pack a worthy game item of choice.
