The singer Adele’s sound was spoilt during the Grammys leading to an angry outburst on Twitter by her fans at those responsible for sound mechanics.

Adele’s song was left in tatters as far as its sound reception was concerned at the Grammys 2016. Everyone including her fans were mad at the technicians responsible for the sound effects at the awards show.

As the singer began her song titled “All I Ask”, the sound went down a few moments into the performance. This was quite an embarrassing situation for Adele not to mention the technicians at the back whose very jobs were put at stake because of the blunder.

To add insult to injury, a few moments after the sound was restored, it began to increase in volume thereby ruining any chances of enjoyment by those present in audience.

After this although things remained stable, Adele was shaken by the disturbance and her voice faltered several times. This led to to the overall effect being one of utter confusion and botched results.

Despite Adele’s efforts at singing to the best of her ability, the faulty reception and breaks in between led the whole thing to go to the dogs.

It is not like it was such a bad song she sang, but with a perfectionist like Adele obviously the expectations are also higher. She is the ultimate songstress of our era and people look up to her as a voice magician.

So when this time Adele sounded a bit off and flat (through no fault of her own) the Twitterati went into a fit of rage. They filed complaints to the effect that the sound technicians behind the scenes ought to be fired on the spot.

Adele’s sound was totally different from what it normally is. Instead of the beautiful mellifluous voice that drips honey, her overall performance left the audience dissatisfied.

Later on, Adele confirmed that it was all a technical issue. A mike had fallen into the piano and the technical crew were too busy retrieving it to pay attention to Adele’s requirements.

The switching off of sound systems had been done in order to muffle the discordant sound from the spanner in the works. While under normal circumstances, the whole process of sound relay is a smoothly flowing one, this time around it went badly wrong.

Credit goes to Adele though, since she did not show any nervousness other than her voice having faltered at a few places.
