  • Nissan to offer the Midnight Edition Package in the 2016 Maxima!

The 2016 sedan will now have a sportier appearance at the discounted price of $1,195.

Nissan just announced it will be offering the new Midnight Edition Package to its 2016 Maxima sedan. The Special Midnight Edition package will give the 2016 Maxima a sporty appearance.

The Midnight Edition will feature black sport spoiler and black rear diffuser. Similarly the 2016 maxima will sport black 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels.

Even the interior will be subjected to Charcoal premium leather-appointed interior with Alcantara inserts. The Midnight Edition Package is being offered by Nissan at just $1,195. The original price was $2,195 which means Nissan is offering a $1,000 discount.

The aggressive new appearance features will be available in five color combinations. The color combinations are Super Black, Pearl White, Brilliant Silver, Coulis Red or Deep Blue Pearl. Dan Mohnke is the vice president and Nissan CMM & MO.

According to Mohnke, the customer response to their Maxima 'Midnight' accessories package was very strong. So Nissan has made the package a factory installed option.

The package combines a more aggressive look with an affordable price. The package also takes the popular SR grade level to an even higher level.

The 2016 Maxima is the perfect vehicle for the package since it embodies the latest Nissan design language. The 2016 Maxima features a revised 300-horsepower 3.5-liter VQ-series V6 engine. The revision provides a 15% increase in highway fuel economy.
