The photos show the iPhone SE screen along with the attached area for the home button. Judging from the size of the screen in context of the hand holding it, it is indeed a 4-inch screen. As expected the iPhone SE screen is not supporting 3D Touch.
The 3D Touch part is a layer of capacitive sensors that are integrated into the backlight. That layer seems to be missing in the leaked part. See the image below showing that layer in the iPhone 6S screen.
Apple is rumored to reveal the iPhone SE either on March 15 or March 22. There are conflicting rumors on when the Apple March 2016 media event will take place. Update 02/28: Apple is now said to host the iPhone SE Media Event on March 21.
The most interesting parts will be the logic board and the shell of the iPhone SE.
The rumors say that the iPhone SE will run on latest A9 CPU and the M9 Chip. In contrast to earlier rumors, KGI believes that the iPhone SE has a 12MP rear camera, which would match the iPhone 6S sensor.
Other features of the iPhone SE include Apple Pay, always-on Siri and Live Photos. Color options are supposed to include bright pink. The new iPhone SE is offering a state-of-the-art iPhone experience, but in a small package with an expected lower price than the iPhone 6S.
