Amazon and Brita have come together to offer something really exciting through Amazon's Dash Replenishment service - a Wi-Fi enabled Brita water pitched that will track the amount of water that passes through the filtration system and automatically order a new filter through Amazon when one is needed.

The pitcher is named Infinity.
The water filter order doesn't require permissions beyond those that you initially give, and the product is shipped by Amazon. Once you get the replacement, it is really easy to just insert into the project. Right now, the Infinity pitches in available on Amazon for $44.99.
These deals are a big deal for Amazon because they are taking their product and making the ordering process seamless. In most cases, people probably won't even realize that they are paying for new filters every two months.
This is an ingenious way to not only get people to regularly order from them, but also to get people drinking more water. The filters are said to be up to Brita’s traditional standards.
On top of that, they are also working with General Electric (better known as GE) to create washing machines that do the same thing with laundry detergent. According to Geek Wire, other manufacturers expected to add the technology to their devices include August, Oster, Petnet, Sealed Air, and Whirlpool.
