The Phideon will be offered in both turbocharged petrol engines and a plug-in hybrid version.
The Volkswagen Phideon luxury sedan will be having its global debut at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. The Phideon is a five-meter sports sedan which can also be positioned as a chauffeur-driven limousine.

The four door coupe Phideon will be manufactured in Germany and will be launched in China by fall 2016. The Volkswagen Phideon combines distinguished elegance with maximum dynamic performance.
According to Volkswagen, the Phideon redefines the design language of Volkswagen's premium models.
Volkswagen has revealed the exterior of the Phideon has smooth transitions and clear lines. The Phideon has an energetically forward-leaning front. The front of the Phideon also ads a sharp shoulder line to the harmonious coupé sloping roof at the rear.
What’s more exciting is the interior of the incoming Phideon. It seems the interior will also convey a sense of luxury in the sports sedan. VW has stated the rear passenger compartment has a genuine lounge character in the Phideon.
Furthermore Volkswagen has integrated ground-breaking technology in the cockpit for driver convenience. Some of the latest tech includes the newly developed Active Info Display.
The display system can deliver a virtual 3D look. Similarly another feature the chauffeur mode is another addition to the Phideon.
The innovative chauffer mode allows the passenger to send information to the infotainment system. Volkswagen was not joking when it said the Phideon is a sight from the future with its design and innovative technology.
