The actor opened up about the perks of making movies in the Man of the World’s Spring 2016 Issue.

Henry Cavill just got up close and personal during a recent interview. The interview will be featured in the Man of the World’s Spring 2016 Issue (via JustJared).

The 32-year-old Batman v Superman actor admitted the monetary advantages of making movies. Cavill candidly admitted making movies is not just an art but the pay check is another incentive.

Cavill stated even though he is wary of saying so since it will be highly frowned upon by members inside and outside of the film industry. Cavill honestly stated he isn’t just making movies for the art of it.

The money in making movies is also fantastic according to Cavill. Cavill further stated he considers the aspect of making money very important even though some might frown on his comment. 

In the issue Cavill also talked about enjoying life and how money factors into it. Cavill stated when he is making money he spends it on nice stuff. It can either be lavish holidays or simply shopping.

Cavill shared how buying things for and taking care of friends makes him feel good. According to Cavill to some the admission will seem cocky. But Cavill will not be coy and pretend he does not love travelling in first class. 

Cavill also commented on the box office performance of his recent film ‘The Man from U.N.C.L.E.’.  Cavill stated the film did not do very good but it did not do badly at the box office.

Cavill believes the film should have done better and maybe the trailer should have depicted it differently. Cavill shared the trailers show the movie as an action movie but is actually a tongue-in-cheek spy thriller.
