Drawings leak out of an Asian manufacturer that are supposed to show the iPhone 7 chassis.
The iPhone 7 is already overshadowing the iPhone SE in terms of rumors and leaks. The world-wide interest in the iPhone 7 is just dramatically higher than for the 4-inch iPhone that Apple is supposed to unveil on March 21.

Last week the first iPhone 7 cases leaked. It supported the rumors that Apple is not making dramatic design changes and will stick to the iPhone 6 design for the most part.
Today French NoWhereElse published a snap of a PC display showing renders of alleged iPhone 7 shell. The renders show the front and the backside of the shell. The origin of the leak is from Taiwanese manufacturer Catcher Technology. The company makes light metal casing of smartphones, tablets, laptops and more.
The drawings reveal that the iPhone 7 follows the shape of the iPhone 6. There are changes though in the design of the antenna lines which could make a big difference to the appearance of the back surface of the iPhone 7. The drawings do not have the horizontal antenna lines. The image is not in great quality and not everything can be made out. The other thing that sticks out is the larger hole for the camera.
Update: Steve Hemmerstoffer from NoWhereElse posted a render of an iPhone 7 shell that is based on the leaked blurry drawing. I would be very happy if the iPhone 7 rear looks this way:
The leak would confirm that Jony Ive fixed the iPhone 6 design issues that bugged Apple design purists since the introduction of the iPhone 6. The protruding camera lens and the ugly antenna lines destroyed the sleek look of the current iPhone. The leaked iPhone 7 housing suggest that both issues will be fixed.
This shell is said to be for the iPhone 7 and not for the iPhone 7 Plus or Pro, which are rumored to have a dual lens camera.
If these drawing are indeed showing the iPhone 7 casing than the iPhone 7 is only an evolutionary design upgrade. Apple did keep the basic design of the iPhone 4 when it made the iPhone 5. The iPhone 5 was though profoundly different. The iPhone 7, while maintaining the basic shape of the iPhone 6 can still be very, very different iPhone.
