A new wrist support that uses magnetic levitation looks for crowdfunding.
My doctor just recommended the other day that I should use one of these quirky vertical mice instead of my Magic mouse. He can forget about that. I could though warm myself up to using a new product called Wristocat. I am a cat person for starters.
Wristocat is first and only wrist-support with magnetic levitation. The magnetic wrist support suspends the hand with a therapeutic barrier that absorbs repetitive stress, enables catlike mobility, and eliminates friction, all while delivering unparalleled comfort says the company behind the product.
Since undergoing wrist surgery in 2013, Wrivo founder Dave Luciew has been working toward a solution that would eliminate the repetitive stress that can harm your wrists.
"We would not settle for anything less than a solution every bit as thoughtful, elegant, functional, and innovative as the other, well designed products we all have on our desks," said Luciew.
Wrivo wants to raise $100,000 for Wristocat to make the leap from prototype to mass production on Indiegogo. Prices start at $25 for early adopters of the magnetic levitating wrist support. Watch the video below to see the Wristocat in action.
