The next weeks will be great to watch meteor showers.

Each year in Spring planet Earth makes two passes through the path of debris left behind by Comet Halley. This causes the Eta Aquarid Meteor Showers. The first of pass through the debris of comet Halley is coming up in April.

The peak time and also best time to watch the Eta Aquarid Meteor Shower is May 5 to May 7. The Eta Aquarid Meteor Showers 2016 begin on April 19 and last until end of May. There will be a new moon on May 6, just in time of the Eta Aquarid Meteor Shower peak, which should improve the visibility of the shower as the sky is dark.

The best time to see Eta Aquarid Meteor shower is in the early morning hours just before the sun rises. Set your alarm to 4am your time to try to catch the  Eta Aquarid Meteor Shower.
