The young Australian actress got heated up during filming and punched co-star Alexander Skarsgard a little too hard.
We have all seen the trailers to the latest upcoming Tarzan movie and our qualms about the bare bodied, long haired man of the jungle are on the high rise.

Of course we all know Alexander Skarsgard from his iconic role as Eric Northman from True Blood and we know that he has a savage side.
When it came to his partner, director David Yates had already determined to cast the young, and vigorous Australian actress Margot Robbie as Jane Porter. Yates said that he had decided on Robbie for a long time and he was glad to get her on the project.
That being said, he divulged about an incident during the movie involving his leads. According to Yates, they were filming a very steamy sex scene and Yates suggested to Robbie that she should slap Alexander.
After that as the scene progressed, Robbie got into it and ended up punching Alexander. It was accidental but that is the only real injury that Skarsgard ended up with by the end of the movie. No hard feelings though because both stars are now promoting the movie together.
This is not going to be the first Tarzan movie which will go for R-rated actions. Previous versions have also included sexual content. This time however, it is not the focus and Jane’s character is more than just a damsel in distress who needs saving.
According to DailyMail, Yates said that he wanted Jane’s character in the movie to be like a modern woman who doesn’t need to scream to show her plight.
He knew Margot could do a great job of playing the character as he wanted. Margot has gone completely disheveled 20th century brunette for her role as Jane Porter.

The plot actually revolves around the story after Tarzan leaves the jungle to assume a more gentrified living as John Clayton but he is invited back to Congo to serve as a trade emissary of Parliament, where he becomes a part of the revenge plot of the Belgian, Leon Rom.
