Spears would be a good fit for the role, as it takes singing and acting chops, but doesn't get too deep. The pop diva has won a Grammy, six MTV Video Music Awards, nine Billboard Music Awards, and has her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. According to Billboard, she is the best-selling female artist of the 2000s. She has sold over 100 million albums worldwide, and 100 million singles. Her Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood is selling extremely strongly.
The London Palladium is one of the most famous theaters in London, and was synonymous with lavish pantomimes for decades. Those shows attracted some of the biggest stars of the day, including Julie Andrews, Sir Cliff Richard, Peter Sellers, Cilla Black and Ronnie Corbett. However, they lost popularity and have been gone for nearly 30 years.
