HTC 10 Unveiled With 12 MP UltraPixel Camera

The new flagship device for the company, HTC 10’s price, features and launch date were finally announced today. The power of 10 titled HTC 10 has been the next Android phone after the HTC One M9 and has features taken from the M and A series both.

The hardware has never been the one that got consumers looking away but it has been the camera quality and the software performance that has not attracted the users. However the company is now hoping that this model shall bring them new name soon.

Comparing with other phones, the HTC 10 is splendid looking in aesthetics regarding cuts and styles. The metallic body has a dual texture for gorgeous feeling bringing the viewers attention towards other main features.

The HTC 10 is 5.2 inch Quad High Definition (2560x1440) Super LCD 5 screen that has 30 pc more colors than the previous HTC One M9. The curved edge phone is equipped with a Gorilla Glass having a 64 bit 2.2 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor along with 4GB RAM.

This is the same package that we have been getting from all most all newly launched Android smart phones but the HTC 10 comes in 32GB and 64GB variants as well. The phone can be expanded with the memory card option up to 2TB as well. <>

The response time has been worked well by the company as it is 50 more than the previous HTC smart phones. The 3,000mAh battery can last up to 2 days under certain conditions and a quick charge 3.0 support through the USB-C type port is also available.

The phone has a 12 MP rear sensor that has HTC UltraPixel 2 with 1.55µm pixels. This means that the HTC 10 is well equipped to take great pictures even in low light along with the dual tone LED flash and second generation laser autofocus system.

OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) has also been incorporated with the phone having the perfect capability to capture 4K High Resolution video. Slow motion video options range at 720p with 120 frames per second while the 5 MP front camera also has the OIS technology.

It can record videos in 1080 pixels resolution as well. The HTC 10 is also incorporated with a fingerprint sensor which also unlocks the phone within just 0.2 seconds. The HTC 10 also features the HTC BoomSound certified 24 bit High Resolution audio.

If this was already not enough, the HTC 10 is also the first Android phone ever to have Apple’s AirPlay for audio streaming options. This makes the phone capable of streaming audio to Apple TVs or any other AirPlay compatible wireless speaker systems as well.

The Android 6 with HTC Sense powered phone is available for pre-orders now at $699 with colors Carbin Gray and Glacier Silver to choose from. For global markets a gold variant shall also be coming while for Japanese markets, a red variant is also on the way.

The phones shall soon begin shipment from the next month internationally as early May has been quoted by the company for its availability.
