Warner Bros. chairman and CEO Kevin Tsujihara confirmed that the studio is currently working on a Batman movie with Ben Affleck.
The best thing about superhero movies are that they can be made over and over again. That is the idea that many fans got following the release of Batman vs. Superman Dawn of Justice this year. Directed by Zac Snyder, the movie saw Henry Cavill reprise his role as Superman after playing the part in Man of Steel.

He was later in a face-off with Oscar winning actor and director Ben Affleck as the caped crusader, Batman. With the inclusion of Batman, many fans want to see a movie about Batman again as if Bruce Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy was not enough.
That is perhaps the same idea that was going through Affleck’s mind when he teamed up with Geoff Johns to develop what he called a “really cool script for Batman”.
These rumours gained momentum after WME-IMG's co-CEOs Ari Emanuel and Patrick Whitesell said in an interview that Affleck had definitely signed on for two Justice League movies and that might not be all.
The rumours were then confirmed at this Cinema Con where after releasing promos of the upcoming movies by the studio were shown, Warner Bros. chairman and CEO Kevin Tsujihara confirmed to the fans that a Batman movie is indeed in the works, according to THR.
He said that the studio was working with Ben Affleck to come up with the story idea and concept. Ben Affleck will be playing the part himself in addition to taking over as the director position as well.
