The missile launched today is likely the same Musudan model as used in the previous launch on April 15. Earlier this week, Kim Jong-Un's former Japanese chef revealed that the North Korean leader orders rocket launches when he is angry. If true than Kim Jong-Un was angry this morning. He might be even more angry now that the missile launch has failed.
