The end credits of X-Men Apocalypse might have given us the idea about who we can expect to be the villain in Wolverine 3.
Franchises have made it such a crucial point to interlink all their different movie. Marvel has definitely been upstaged at some point trying to make all their character movies and their Avengers movies interlink in such a way that they seem coherent but in truth, they have disrupted the story telling.

Can Marvel and Bryan Singer be thinking of trying out this formula on their X Men universe as well? Seems like it. X Men Days of the Future Past definitely nullified the first three X Men movies by bringing back all the characters that had died great, meaningful deaths in the original trilogy.
This panned out the scope for potential character based movies. Too bad that there is only one more Wolverine movie left to come out. So according to many fans, Marvel and Fox will try to tie the last First Class movie with the last Wolverine movie. How?
In the end credits of X Men Apocalypse which has been released overseas, we see the disrupted lab where weapon X aka Wolverine was given adiantum claws, Slashfilms reported.
There is a figure slowly walking towards vials of Weapon X’s blood and puts them in a briefcase where different coloured vials are already present. The briefcase has the name Essex Corp. and this led many to believe that the man holding the briefcase might be Dr. Nathaniel Essex aka Mister Sinister.
In the comic books, Mister Sinister is a scientist interested in modifying and experimenting on genetics and mutation without any ethical or moral qualms.
His superpowers include telepathy, telekinesis, and longevity and leaves him looking like a fancy ghost with a Troll gem in his head. He has a particular obsession with the Summers family and plays his role in making Cable. Cable, son of Cyclops and a Jean Grey clone is expected to appear in Deadpool 2.
