“[Harris’] transport was involved in a collision this evening on the way to the airport. As a result he will be unable to perform at [Vegas club] Omnia tonight. He has been examined by doctors and told to rest for a few days,” his team wrote in the Facebook statement.
TMZ reported that the accident in Los Angeles involved a second car that crossed the center line and hit Harris' vehicle around 11 p.m. One of the passengers in the second car, which was driven by a 16-year-old and held teens, was ejected. Harris was a passenger in the SUV.
After a face laceration, he was transported to the hospital. He was unable to get a private room and therefore left the hospital "against medical advice."
There haven't been any reports about the condition of the passenger of the car that was ejected, though the driver and girl were hospitalized as well.
