HBO and show producers are not going to let the tradition falter this season either. With major resurrections, we’re talking Jon Snow of course; revelations and returns, this season has redeemed some of the lost faith of fans from last season. All the plots have progressed significantly.
Each character is in a different place from where they started. It is interesting to see how each character has grown this season. And it will be more interesting to see how this development will progress to make a thrilling season finale.
On that end, HBO has already released the titles of the final two episodes for the current season. No synopsis for the episodes has been given yet. However, the titles themselves are pretty suggestive. The 9th episode is titled, ‘The Battle of the Bastards’. We know who these popular bastards are and how they have been contemplating war.
The ultimate showdown between Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton is expected to go down in this episode which has been set to run for 60 minutes. That is long and deservedly so for one of the most anticipated battles. Snow’s army is still less in numbers compared to Bolton’s battle hardened troops. We did see Sansa send a crow in the last episode, Broken Man. Is she taking Baelish on his offer for help? How will the war ensue and what will be the results?
The tenth episode is titled ‘The Winds of Winter’, and it is set to run for 69 minutes. That’s a whooping time for an episode to run. It is the longest duration in the show’s history for an episode. The episode will explore the aftermath of the war or it is likely to continue.

We do suspect the Death Walkers will finally arrive. The plot for this episode is seemingly taken from R.R. Martin’s unpublished book. It will be great to watch this event and people should prepare to see director, Miguel Sapochnik magic to happen once again.
