Glover is in talks with the officials for a role in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Donald Glover is in talks to join the cast of Spider-Man: Homecoming, according to THR. Spider-Man: Homecoming will star Tom Holland as Peter Parker, the wall climbing, web spitting super hero.
This movie will show Spider-Man back in his school days when he was an ordinary child. Homecoming is the reboot of Spider-Man franchise. It will be produced by Marvel and Sony in collaboration. Its production will start later in June.
The movie has signed many actors so far, however they have been doing all the stuff under a shadow. Michael Keaton is casted as villain, Aunt May will be played by Marisa Tomei and Zendaya will play a female lead.
Fans will be glad to know that Robert Downey Jr. will appear as Iron Man in the movie in a special guest appearance. Along with these, Tony Revolori and Ralph Fiennes will be seen in the movie too.
There are no details available for Glover’s role. Glover has certainly shown some serious talent in the industry though. He is best known for his rap music. He was a writer on 30 rock and joined the show at the age of 21. He appeared in The Martian and Magic Mike XXL too. He is represented by MGMT Entertainment, WME and Ginsburg Daniels.

Jon Watts is going to direct Spider-Man: Homecoming. The movie will be produced by Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige who has done various projects of Marvel.
