The new Mitsubishi Grand Tourer hybrid SUV concept will appear in this year’s Paris Motor Show.
Mitsubishi has recently released a teaser image for its Hybrid SUV concept that is supposed to come in a few years. The concept will be showcased at Paris Motor Show.

The Grand Tourer actually accentuates the journey of Mitsubishi’s designs of different vehicles. The teaser picture shows that Gran Tourer has a design which looks like that of PHEV II concept. This concept car was showcased in Geneva Motor Show in the year 2015. It was a hybrid SUV as well. It was designed to fit below the Mitsubishi range of Outlander PHEV.
The XR PHEV II concept was powered by a 12kWh battery. It had an internal combustion engine. It was shown to have a horsepower of 160bhp. The best part of this car was that it emits only an amount of 40g/km of CO2 emissions.
The powertrain and battery type of Mitsubishi Grand Tourer hybrid SUV is not mentioned yet. We also do not know about the engine type or main functions of this car as well. The teaser picture of Mitsubishi Grand Tourer hybrid SUV shows that it has five doors and have a sopping roof line which looks pretty stylish. However nothing else can be spotted in the picture. The Mitsubishi officials however revealed that it will offer an effortless drive on and off the track. This might be an indication of a four wheel drive SUV. So we can surely expect it to be a four-wheeled drive car. The hybrid nature and a four wheel drive will be an excellent combo for this car.
