Microsoft Thinga.Me App Organizes Your Physical Things
Microsoft Thinga.Me app

Incredible new app is a god send for collectors. Microsoft Thinga.Me app makes it easy to digitally capture and catalog your things.

Microsoft surprised today with another cool, innovative and most importantly useful app. The Thinga.Me app offers the best and most compelling way of digitally capturing the physical things that matter in your life.

Archive your kids artwork, show off your cool set of collectibles, keep track of the stuff in your basement. I totally already see my son capture his Lego creations with Thinga.Me. His builds are only surviving a day before vanish as parts into another creation. An app that makes it easy to capture each construction and organize them digitally is a must have.

The Thinga.Me is designed and built by the Human Experience & Design team in Microsoft's Cambridge Research lab and is currently in a closed trial. You can sign-up here. This Microsoft Garage Project is available as iPhone app. You bet that I already signed-up for this one.

The app extracts objects from the photos you take of them. The better the photo, the better the extracted object will be. Microsoft gives some tips here. Watch the video below to see Thinga.Me in action.
