France beat Germany at the Euro 2016. Striker Antoine Griezmann scored both goals for the win. He is the new national hero and this after no French team wanted him at the beginning of his career. He had to go to Spain.

France has a new hero. Antoine Griezmann shot France into the Euro 2016 finals with two goals against Germany. French football fans have lifted Griezmann into the super hero league along Superman, Batman and Spiderman.
