Flat Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Surfaced

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has likely a dual edged screen. There is a possibility of a flat screen variant.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be unveiled on August 2. Most details of the Galaxy Note 7 have leaked including press shots, including that it will sport the Samsung signature dual edged screen. New spy images out of China show a flat screen version of the Galaxy Note 7. This legit looking photos raise the possibility of a flat screen variant of the Galaxy Note 7, similar to the choice consumer have with the Galaxy S7.

Apple might have found a way to fight off the Galaxy Note 7 with a three model approach in the iPhone 7 line-up. The iPhone 7 Pro with dual lens camera is going to be the dark horse in the smartphone market this fall. The rumor about the dual lens camera in the Note 7 has lost steam. The leaked Note 7 images do not confirm that feature. The lack of a dual lens camera could drive advanced consumers away from the Android camp.

Samsung is putting a lot of high-end features into the Galaxy Note 7 including Iris scanner. Other Note 7 specifications include 6GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, 5.8-inch AMOLED screen (2560x1440), USB-C, 64GB/128GB/256GB storage, stylus, 3,600mAh, 12MP camera, 5MP front camera and IP68 Water and Dust Resistance.

The "Galaxy Note 7, the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event" will take place at 11:00 a.m. EDT in New York on August 2, 2016.
