The iPhone 7 is going on sale on Friday, September 16 according to Evan Blass, aka @evleaks. Earlier reports have put the iPhone 7 keynote date on Tuesday September 13. Evan Blass's information fits right in place.
How To: Buy a Pokemon Go Plus
Several months ago leaks and rumors painted a picture of a boring iPhone iteration. While the design of the iPhone 7 stays in line with the iPhone 6S, there are plenty of changes coming to the next iPhone. The iPhone 7 might be offered in a three model line-up for the first time. A iPhone 7 Pro with dual lens camera might be pushing smartphones to new high-end category.
Leaked parts show that the iPhone 7 has a streamlined design with more eye-pleasing solutions for the antenna lines and the camera lens mount. The most controversial feature of the iPhone 7 is actually a lack of a feature. Apple is removing the 3.5mm audio jack. Headsets for the iPhone 7 will need to use the digital Lightning port or Bluetooth.
Apple is likely to bundle Lightning EarPods with the iPhone 7. Reports about Apple bundling an Lightning to 3.5mm audio jack adapter are ludicrous. If Apple is not bundling a Lightning EarPods, then the company completely lost its way. Nothing about an adapter is clean and simple.
The iPhone 7 will offer new levels of performance with the new A10 CPU and the camera is also going to be yet again better. Apple is also finally giving the entry-level iPhone 7 32GB of storage. All-in-All the iPhone 7 is exciting. The 10th anniversary iPhone in 2017 will be over the top, if rumors are believed.
The 2017 iPhone will adopt OLED for the first time and is rumored to have a glass body. A complete redesign always bears the risk that iPhone fans do not like it. I did not like the iPhone 6 design, because I loved the clean iPhone 5S. I just had to get a new iPhone. I am more pleased by the iPhone 7 and I anyway wanted a larger screen. I will go for the iPhone 7 Plus or maybe even the iPhone 7 Pro, if it indeed happens.
