The Kia GT concept car will come to life in 2017.

The concept of saloon that was presented earlier by Kia is about to go in production soon. Fans can start anticipating the production of 315bhp saloon car in the year 2017. Kia has certainly come so far in the past decade with its unique designs, efficient vehicles and new research products. This time they have come up with the concept of a four doors sports saloon that will take its inspiration from none other than a GT sports car.

Kia had presented this GT concept in the year 2011. It’s been five years of waiting to see the concept come to life. The car will be out soon as the first one has gone into production. The official production model is due in the year 2017, according to AutoCar.

The showroom version of this car will be available in market starting next year. We can expect the car with rear-wheel drive and a styling like that of a coupe. The car is supposed to come with a number of transmissions and a great number of engines too. Kia has managed to produce rear-wheel drive cars previously as well. Its K9/K900 was a rear-wheel drive car but it was not introduced in UK and Europe.

The prototype that is being followed for this car includes the design of a four door saloon. It won’t be a three boxed conventional saloon which was predicted earlier. Kia Boss also supplied that two door coupes are no longer really in these days and world is shifting towards four-door coupes. Thus it can be said with all precision that it will be a four-door car. We can expect a V-8 engine with 2.2 liters, 3.3 liters engines which will be able to provide 380bhp to 427bhp.
