According to Kuo we should expect two new versions of the Apple Watch in the second half of 2016.
Both new versions will offer slight update to their predecessors. The updated first gen Apple Watch will not offer anything new in terms of design but will come with better intervals which include a TSMC processor built on the 16nm process.
It is expected that the watch will be more waterproof as well. The"Apple Watch 2" will feature an additional GPS and barometer.
A bigger battery will accompany these features but the watch will be bigger to accommodate said features.
According to Kuo’s prediction we shouldn’t expect drastic design changes for 2017 but 2018 will bring new Apple Watches with changed design.
