Amber Heard waited in an office nearby and was never called to testify during the deposition against estranged husband Johnny Depp.
It’s been over two months since Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp with whom she was married for about 15 months. Just two days later, the actress claimed that Johnny had abused her and beaten her and acquired a restraining order against him.

Ever since, she has pushed for permanent restraining order, divorce along with spousal support. Her demands and claims were met with hostility by Johnny’s company. People who have known and know Johnny refuted the claims that Amber was making and claimed that she was lying about the abuse.
The things were then taken to court and the lawyers got a deposition date for this Saturday when she was supposed to testify against Johnny. She had been in London to shoot for her Justice League part.
She was also spotted with millionaire Elon Musk and also Cara Delevigne while partying in London. Sources close to the actress said that she was prepared to go to L.A. for her deposition.
She did make it. She flew in from London to L.A. and she arrived late but she arrived all the same at Wasser, Cooperman and Mandles. Laura Wasser is representing Johnny.
According to reports from TMZ, DailyMail and People, Amber spent the entirety of the day in an office near the conference room where a settlement between both parties’ lawyers was going on. Sources say that during the ten hours, Amber was never called in to testify. She never made it inside the conference room to testify.

It is also reported that Johnny’s legal team had put up a strong line of testimonies and witnesses. Their claims might have led Heard’s team to rethink strategy. The legal teams did not come to settlement and the deposition was moved to 15th August.
