Kendall Jenner gets the coveted September cover of the Vogue Magazine feeling grateful while some Vogue fans protest.
Kendall Jenner, who initially rose to fame via the reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, struggled hard to become an accomplished model. The young star was the step sister of the Kardashian sisters and was known through the show until she started modelling.

She had said in previous interviews that she wanted to become a model free from the shadow of her family and her sisters. She had since then set herself apart from the family and has accomplished a great deal of success in the modelling world.
The testament to that success is that Kendall has landed the coveted September cover of Vogue magazine. For those who love Vogue know that the September issue is the most important issue of the year reviewing the year’s latest fashion and style.
Kendall felt so grateful for the magazine cover in which she is featured solo. She is wearing a matador inspired jacket and pants by Gucci with her hair on one side of her face and a smoulder.
She thanked Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue for putting her on the cover of the magazine via an Instagram in which she wrote a caption along with the cover.
“In a room with a bunch of people I love, looking at this cover made me cry. I F**KING DID IT. SEPTEMBER VOGUE. this is the coolest thing ever! can’t thank you enough Anna, for giving me the honor,” she wrote on Instagram, referring to Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.

She is defined on the cover as the “Face that Launched a Billion Likes”. Of course it might be a referral to her social media following. The Kardashian family featuring Ryan Seacrest have also made a video in which they are congratulating Kendall on being on the cover of Vogue.
While fans, friends and family are congratulating her on being on the cover, some Vogue enthusiasts are not happy. According to them, Kendall is not a style icon or a model enough to be featured on a cover of Vogue. Most of these critics think that Kendall is known more for her reality star persona rather than a model.
