Tesla’s models might get new batteries soon.

An electric car is considered great only if it has a good mileage which can be attained with a bigger battery life. Many companies are trying their best to make their electric car batteries bigger so that the cars become more efficient. Tesla which is the leading company to provide electric cars all over the world is doing its best to make the facility better.

It has been reported that Tesla is planning to increase the size of batteries used in Tesla Model S and Model X. Tesla’s electric cars are already providing 250 miles per charge for most of its electric cars. However the company is looking for a better number then this too.

The new and bigger batteries that are supposed to come in X and S model will have mileage as far as 380 miles. This is a huge change from the current mileage. Tesla is also planning to introduce the Tesla robust supercharger network which will make sure that its customers can take their cars to long journeys as well.

The European regulators have approved the P100D and 100D version of batteries for both Tesla model S and X, according to Ubergizmo. The company has not announced anything yet officially. Though there are rumors that Tesla will soon announce a 100kWh power pack option for cars.

Tesla is already providing multiple ranges in batteries for its car models. It is currently offering the 90D battery that has the capability to provide 294 miles per charge.

The new 1000kWh will be able to provide a new range of 380 miles per charge which is a pretty impressive range for any car. However the clients wanting to have this new range battery will have to charge a good amount of money for it too.
