Rimac Automobili unveils the production version of Concept One.
The world’s first all-electric hypercar is here and is recently unveiled by Rimac Automobili. Concept One which is being considered as first all-electric hyper car was revealed at Geneva Motor Show 2016.
The Concept One was promoted from the idea of getting a sports car that will be totally electric. The concept was to make a super car which will not only be the fastest but also with the latest technology to be used ever.
The concept one revealed at Geneva is literally something to look forward too. It has all the combination of high electrical motors with finest technology. It will showcase four electric motors, each on one wheel.
The motors will be placed on the central axis from where these will support all four wheels. The architecture of this supercar is entirely different from an exhaust engine so we will be seeing a variation over here as well.
This new kind of axle system was applied in order to decrease the weight and to gain highest speed. Fortunately it became possible to achieve by getting the architecture in the right way.
The car will showcase a horsepower of 1088bhp with a torque of 1600 Nm. The wheels have been given the Rimac All Wheel Torque Vectoring system. The (R-AWTV) is the finest technology to utilize maximum amount of torque without wasting any energy thus making the drive more serene in a car.
Concept one has the ability to top 0-100km/h in mere 2.6 seconds which a great record. It has gotten a carbon ceramic braking system too. The driver is given full control of changing the mechanism of car whenever they need.
They can get the functions of (R-AWTV) just by touching the buttons designated for this function. Along with that it has the facility of PC and smart phone synchronization too.
