  • Here are the Dimensions of 2017 Volkswagen Polo

2017 Volkswagen Polo will be a large but lighter vehicle to begin with.

The new and next generation 2017 Volkswagen Polo will be coming against Ford Fiesta in the next year. It will be available as a five door model car which will be a GTI. Thus providing much more power than you expected.

The latest spy pictures of Polo by posted AutoCar suggest that it will be a car with a longer wheelbase and a longer roof line of course. This means that we are going to get a lot of cabin space for all the passengers riding in it.

The new chassis outline MQB A0 will be shared with the small cars like that of Audi A1, Skoda Fabia and Seat Ibiza as well. This platform will not be available for a three door model but will be only available for a five door one. VW is all set to introduce this technology in the next generation polo.

The new polo line up will be available in small turbo charged engines that will include an entry level three cylinder petrol engine too. The engine will have a horsepower of 75bhp. The turbocharged engine available for the same design will have the capacity to deliver 115bhp at least.

The new Polo will also get a new 1.5 liter line up engine that will offer a horsepower up to 160bhp. A diesel line up might be seen afterwards with a four cylinder engine offering 90-130bhp.

The Polo line up will get the Polo GTI transmission that will bring some desired power to the cars. Thus the cars might get an 189bhp engine with a 236 lb. ft. of torque in this version. The car will be longer, wider and will be faster than most of the rivals when it will be released for sure.
