Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson may have pulled off the bad blood scene to promote their movie.
So you remember all that drama that started two weeks ago when Dwayne Johnson said a lot of stuff about his “candy-asses” co-stars. He praised the crew and the female co-stars on the sets of Fast 8 which is currently in the process of shooting.

The rant was so big and Dwayne seemed so pissed off that it led the Fast Universe to believe that there was a lot of trouble in Fast paradise.
Just following that, reports started to come that the insults were directed at none other than the main character of the movie, Dom Toretto’s actor Vin Diesel who is also the producer on the current project.
Reports about a meeting between the two stars to settle their differences also emerged. Vin Diesel followed up on Dwayne Johnson’s rant by posting a video on Instagram in which he said that he will clarify everything.
That never happened but in a recent interview, something else got revealed. The real reason for the altercation between the two stars was revealed in the interview as nothing more than a publicity stunt.
Dwayne Johnson also known as the Rock is a former wrestler and superstar in WWE. He came up with this idea that he and Vin could put up an argument to gain publicity which would end in a WWE in-the-ring showdown.
As a publicity stunt, considering the options as a producer, Vin Diesel seemed sold on the idea. Life & Style Magazine report claims that Vin even stepped in to amp up the drama so the fight would look as if there is a lot of angst going into it.
It might be the reason that no other co-star intervened. Tyrese Gibson expressed his neutrality and Jason Statham said that he tries to keep out of the way of Dwayne and Vin.
So will the fight happen and would it have the same significance now that the cat is out of the bag? The movie Fast 8 hits theaters during April, 2017.
