According to the woman involved Baylee Curran, she was at Brown’s home with another business associate who had been invited by Brown to discuss some future projects.
The house had people going around so Baylee stepped out to get some air. When she returned, one of Chris’s friends had diamond jewelry laid out to showcase.
She said that she was admiring a necklace when Chris’ friend started to call her off and Chris pulled out a gun at her and started to yell at her to get out. She fled in fear and was reportedly made to sign a nondisclosure agreement. She reported that she called the police when he pulled a gun at her.
The police arrived at his home and they were denied entry by the singer. In time, more back up arrived along with an array of reporters that were all waiting outside his place.
The police went to a judge to get an arrest warrant to search his premises for the weapon. Chris meanwhile took his time inside posting videos on social media in which he said that he was being targeted by the police and he was the real victim in the situation.
It wasn't until his lawyer arrived that Chris finally emerged and was arrested for ADW. He was released around 11:15 p.m. after posting $250,000 bail, according to Los Angeles County jail records.
According to BBC, Chris had already got some pretty heavy charges in his record and this is just another addition to his history of misdemeanors.
