A recent cosmic radiation study showed what the nihilists have always suspected. Our universe is aimless in its expansion.

The universe has no direction as far as its aims are concerned. The oldest background radiation shows that the universe may be expanding yet it is not in accordance with a plan.

Lacking any direction or goal, the universe is the same no matter which side you look at it from. It is more like a hologram or a simulation. The novel study was published in an online journal. Cosmologists examined the cosmic microwave background (CMB). 

The Copernican principle was tested using this model of the universe. This principle says that the universe is isotropic and shows homogeneity at a large scale level.

The cosmic microwave background radiation from the Big Bang was used as a criterion for this experiment, according to DailyMail.

Instead of detecting imbalances within the radiation, the different tracks the directions would leave their mark on the cosmic microwave background radiation were brought into consideration.

It was all meant to detect any concealed patterns in the whole scenario. The movements of the universe could include rotation or expansion at various rates.  

Also the early universe could have undergone stresses and strains as well as have been compressed in various directions. This was probably due to gravitational waves.

Five modes were descried by the experts. A search for signatures began. A re-modelling of extant frameworks analyzed CMB polarization data along with temperature. All the odds were against a single fixed direction for the universe.

The universe it turns out is isotropic and directionless. Space is everywhere and that is the last word on the matter. Deviations from isotropy just do not take place in the universe.

It is a lawless frontier at the expanding limits of the cosmos. Or so it appears to be the case no matter which way you look at it from. 

The findings of this study got published in the online journal arXiv.
