Joss Whedon has returned with a passion project, and he has enlisted some of his friends - many of them very famous, to help. The writer-director-activist launched a super PAC, Save the Day, focused on encouraging Americans to get out and vote on Election Day. While the video doesn't explicitly state who they are all supporting, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who they are pushing.

The first effort features some of the Avengers, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, and Scarlett Johansson, Hollywood A-Lists like Julianne Moore, and normal, everyday people. One of the most moving speeches came from Tony-winner and Hamilton star Leslie Odom Jr.
Whedon debuted the initiative on his newly-restored Twitter page, writing, “Hey! Did I miss anything? Lol jk the world is on fire here’s a thing I made.”
