The super-genius Stephen Hawking has warned against humanity’s answering of any alien signals that might come in the future from outer space.
The very intelligent physicist Stephen Hawking is sure that human beings are not the only ones in the universe. There may be other alien life forms and in fact they may turn out to be more intelligent than us.

A recent film of 25 minutes duration, released by online video-on-demand platform CuriosityStream, shows Hawking taking his viewers on a journey of the imagination to the far-flung places in the universe. He lends everyone the details in his quest for extra-terrestrial life forms in the cosmos.
The famous icon of science said that astronomers have found several new planets outside our solar system. These go into the thousands such is their variety and diversity. Some of them are burning with a hellish fury.
Fire and lava boil in their midst. Others are like hard gemstones formed in the crucible of change. X-rays from dying stars formed these planets. However, there are a few that resemble our home, planet earth.
In the film, Hawking takes the viewers for a ride aboard his CGI ship. He makes a pit stop at Gliese 832c. This is a planet that may harbor life forms similar to our own.
It is a mindboggling find. The planet almost looks like a large earth that is five times more massive than our own. However, Hawking says that scientists do not know with surety if the planet is inhabited with living beings or not. It is all just a beautiful hypothesis and fancy thinking at present.
The climate may be so thick in its consistency that the entire planet is covered with smog and sweltering heat. Also the super-gravity of the planet’s sun could fixate its spinning motion. Therefore one side would be facing the sun on a permanent basis.
However, Hawking goes on to list the chances of there being life on the planet. If the planet did not face such adverse circumstances, then it may harbor water due to lower temperatures.
Water, as everyone knows, is the condition for life to thrive. Life is 70% water. Hawking goes on to surmise that one fine day we earthlings may even receive a message from aliens on Gliese 832c.
However, he said that we ought not to be so enthusiastic to answer back. Meeting super-intelligent aliens would be like the encounter between the Native Americans and Columbus.
It will be disastrous for us earthlings. We may get colonized by aliens. Yet the discovery of intelligent life in the universe would be one of the greatest finds. It would also put us in our place and make us more humane and compassionate for a change.
